I thought it was whiskey till I did some search on the internet, I am having a hard time finding anything. The bottle is in great shape and  very light aqua and stands 1ft. On the bottom it has. The bottle is either a medicine bottle or a Animal meds bottle. They use to work closely with the univerity of Liverpool. about 1915. It is not much, but a start.
