I'm a new collector and I like to wander through the local thrift store. Last week I stummbled upon a Mountain Mason clear strong shoulder quart jar. I bought it because I haven't ever seen one and I didn't have one like it in my collection. After paying my .25 cents I came home and looked it up in my RB#10. Wow it is worth $20-$25 dollars. That doesn't sound like much but so far its one of the most expensive jars I have. (I'm just getting started).  Not too bad for a quarter.

Great find! Welcome to the forum. You will often find valuable fruit jars for a real low price but more often you will find a 4 buck jar for 100 bucks.
