Mason 1858 "E"? - 7/19/2006 9:58:17 PM    hj   Posts: 114 Joined: 5/14/2006 From: Western Pa. Status: offline Hi all, I was wondering if someone could help me. Recently I dug up a Mason's patented Nov 30th 1858 jar. It is a tall jar with a rough lip and almost no shoulder. It has a large "E" embossed on the bottom. I have seen jars with numbers on the bottoms, but not letters. Any ideas on what I have found? Any help genuinely appreciated. HJ Post #: 1
