Hi treasurekidd, from what I can tell by your pics, your jar does not have any letters in the cross { some do & some don't} The base should read ...pat Nov. 26 67 {perhaps the 2 is worn on your jar} It appear's to have the correct lid, there are a few variations. From what I can tell, your jar has a value of $4-6. When it comes to the Mason's Patent Nov. 30th 1858 jars it can get confuesing because there are so many variables such as apostrophe's, periods, weather or not there is a th after 30, ghosted lettering, things of that sort. Which all determine value. You have a nice jar, moneytary value is secondary, it's the history of the jars and the technology of the time period that make them so cool. The fact that they are worth money is just iceing on the cake, an added bonus you might say. Yes!!! I would go back and get the other jar if the price is reasonable. Just my opinion though, that decision is yours. I hope I was of some help to you and thanx for sharing your great little piece of American history.
