That's an odd one. The paper label would have probably given a lot more info. Not sure what the 100384 number represents, a trademark number maybe? Seems like a pretty large number for people to remember so I doubt it was an arbitrary choice.

It sort of remonds me of ...
BLOOD & RHEUMATISM REMEDY NO. 6088 MATT J. JOHNSON CO. ST. PAUL, MINN
But even they didnt use a number that large.

Hey Matt,  Thanks for the reply I know it has some age to it, considering it being BIM, and the age of the other bottles dug in the same area.
I tried to research it in Google but came up with nothing.
I really like meds/druggist bottles alot.
There are no other markings on it either? Not knowing anything about it makes it one of my favorites And thinking it might actually be of some value adds to the appreciation of it. *I don't sell my bottles, but knowing the value of something helps when you trade out. Thanks again for looking,  Marvin
