Hello folks,
Got this one the other day.  Liked it for its color and size.  But then I looked more at the base and sides.  There is this crudeness to the glass but only in one area.  It stays only in what I would think is a mold patch of some sort.  Wondering your thoughts.

Other side.  Notice that the whittle/ripple is only in the one area.  And this next pic was a real puzzler.

Base with what looks like two different lines.  One is easy to feel on the outside while the larger one is only felt on the inside.

Neat, but hard to explain quickly.  I just got your messageBen so I went to the FORUM and found what you posted.  I will look some more but I really think it is something to get my hands on.  It looks like there was something strange to produce a line inside and outside on the bottom.  Back to this in a few more minutes.  RED Matthews

Ben Of the two lines on the bottom the one close to the base diameter - is that the one on the inside or the outside.  I seem to see the lower line toward the center seems to progress up the vertical line - is this the mold seam?  RED M.

Was that on eBay last week? If it was I watched it to the end
A great looking bottle but the crudeness really gives it character.
Last year I pulled a broken one out of a hole I was digging. I was bummed because there was the possibility that I broke it
As luck would have it I pulled a whole one out of the same hole 5 minutes later. It's clear with just a hint of yellow. Its one of my favorite bottles
