Two had been already dug so my brother and I hit up the barber. It took me 4 haircuts to get permission to dig there too!   It started out great, with a glass egg and a base embossed bitters but got uglier the deeper we went. My Nephew Tyler got his first Bitters and my sister got the egg for her hens. We did find an iron pontil bottle base and also the shurds of a nice Steubenville jug. I'd never seen one "Freehand" before this one.   Craig came up with the ingenius method of the "Campbell Tamp" also. What would a dig be without a local stopping by to nose around?
