My New...um...I'm not sure what it is...? - 5/23/2008 11:10:18 AM    Poeticallyinsane   Posts: 241 Joined: 2/4/2008 From: Southern Colorado Status: offline Got this on Wednesday from a second hand thrift store. I rarely find anything really neat there as far as bottles are concerned but this one caught my eye. It has a clock face on one side and says "good night" and on the other side it has an upside down star. The bottom only has three letters that I think might be initials...CLF.  The thing appears to be blown cause of the bubbles and the neck is kind of crooked. I could be wrong though. It dates to the late 1800s. I often see them with little sayings like “merry Christmas” or “happy new years” or in your case, “good night”.
