Went to an antique mall today and found a section with loads of bottles! I picked out the olive green (?) bottle, a light blueish (aqua?) bottle, a bottle with spider web designs and a neat one shaped like a barrel that says "Barrel of Beer". The little jar came from the thrift store where I've gotten a few bottles in the past. AND since it seems on a couple posts on this site people have been talking about 7-Up, I found one and bought it. The guy gave me a discount too. It cost 10.00! I'm so happy. If anyone has any info or wants to know more please let me know.

Don't you love the high you get
when you find something that
just feels right for you?

I just happen to like the one
with the spider webs.

Why? This is strange,
really. My baby book
has tissue paper on it
that came on it and
when I looked close
at it as an adult it had
the same pattern as the spider bottle.
When I told everyone, even my
Mom we all  got a good
laugh, as who in their right
mind would create a baby
book and put that creepy
paper on it.
Unless you gave birth to a
 baby witch.
and
I'm
NOT!
It's really something only
a detailed person would
pick up on.I'm really into
details and wondered if
when it was made if somone
did it as a joke and got away
with it thinking no one will ever notice.
 LOL

The barrel bottle. I just got one.
paid 50 cents I assumed it was
a beer bottle, although mine didn't
have writing on it.

Keep on hunting and posting.
I'm mostly housebond these days
so I love to see others buys.

bottles33, What one enjoys is his own. I think without even seeing anything of yours I and others want like it  with that attitude.

One wonders what you wouldn't concider a bunch of crap. One man's trash is another man's treasure. I have seen four of your eight posts so far and they are either "something something a bunch of crap" or "Whatever", one wonders if your vocabulary extends much beyond guttersnipe.

Hey Krystal, One of the first bottles that my wife found when I introduced her to bottle diggin was a spiderweb whisky. We still have it. Keep in mid that some folks are just miserable which causes negativity and we should pity them.

"Bottles33", you seem to have a bone to pick with no one in particular. Take a chill pill. Groundless fecal attitudes will get you nowhere in this forum and in life.

I read both the negative and possitive replies. I just tend to not let the negative bother me. I like my bottles, whether anyone else does or not isnt my problem. I'm not asking anyone to enjoy my finds or buys and if they dont then maybe that person should keep their "crap" comments to themselves. The rest of you...thanks for commenting.   Oh! And yes, I'm still digging.

Here is the base like you requested. No idea what the orange stuff is on it and some came off when I scrubbed it but not much.
