NJABCA Christmas meeting! - 12/12/2011 7:21:27 PM    Wheelah23 Posts: 4296 Joined: 8/9/2010 From: Glen Ridge, New Jersey Status: offline The jolly members of the North Jersey Antique Bottle Collectors' Association go every year to the same bar and grill for the annual Christmas party... This was the first time I went, but it was fun! Good food and we had a room to ourselves. I had to leave to go to a concert literally as the cake was being cut, so I didn't get a piece... Anyway, there's a raffle at this meeting for a really good bottle. You can buy tickets there, and you also have chances from all the other meetings, as you can put one losing ticket from each meeting's raffle into the box. This box is drawn from at the Christmas party. The club's president won it this time! I shoulda got a pic of the bottle, it was a nice clean OP calabash flask. Needless to say he was quite happy.
