I picked up this interesting 'teakettle' shape ink bottle from ebay.com recently. The base is embossed PAT JULY 13th 1880 which pinpoints the bottle to this design.... The bottle is aqua glass, the colouration is just dry ink. My question. Is it considered a rare item over there ?..
