I found an old city dump got everything cleared to dig.
But unfortunately the main heap of trash is on a pretty steep slope.

So my question is this
what is the best way to dig on a steep slope?

Start down low and work your way up.  Do not start up top.  That way, you're working with gravity on your side.  Older throws may be at the bottom, under neath.  Throw your discards over what you have already dug and not waste your time.  Let gravity do the work for you.

Good Luck,

PD
