I had the chance to pick through an 1850s homestead scheduled for demolition and made these finds. There was more there, but these were the best. I was wondering if anyone could help me out as far as value on these. I found the iron pontiled demi in the basement and the other two in the attic. Thanks for any help.

The pine tree has an applied top. It is an early one.

Nice one!

I'd have to say about $300 as a conservative estimate.

Can ya find the privies?  Will they lend you access to the site during the razing?  There's gonna be relics too....are they savvy enough to be recycling the doors and the wood floors?

Kastoo, I already scavenged all the door/window hardware as well as other items. I also found a box full of old buttons. Going back today for more!

I found a pine tree in dark green in the pit I was digging. Of course though, completely shattered. Real shame but that milk glass druggist is really nice. I love it!

I figured the pine tree was worth around $200.

I am curious about the iron pontiled demijohn. Anyone know what they get? I have seen them frequently in open pontiled, but not so many in iron pontiled. I think it may be a Coventry, CT or a Keene, NH example. ANY TAKERS????

embossing. I have never seen this one before? I found this one while ripping out the walls in the attic. I would love to know the age and what it was used for?
