I've got some somewhere that belonged to a great uncle that where quite similar. I'll have to poke around. I was told the two in the middle are from the Civil War US uniform? Not sure what branch, although the smaller one has an anchor on it. From left to right the backs read "Scovill MFG. Co. Waterbury." "Horstmann Philadelphia." nothing on the next & the last one says "Waterbury Button Co." with a (*) after that. I will post a pic of the two older ones together. Can anyone tell me about these?
