Hi Ashley, and welcome to the forum.

Being from Australia, two of these bottles caught my eye as I read your post.

The first one, in light blue, I think is actually Vapo - Cresolene, a preparation that I think was made by a company allied to Vicks, but I could be wrong. I have a small faceted clear glass bottle with "Vapo - Cresolene" embossed on it.

The second, Chamberlain's, sounds very much like the company that existed in Sydney a long time ago, and had a number of products. Other Aussie members my be able to help - IRISH for instance.

Cheers!

Hi Ashley, welcome to the forum.
Vapo-Cresolene went into some kind of burner I've been told, there are a few different ones all common but nice looking bottles, I will post a photo of some tomorrow and you can see if your one is the same.

You are right Irish, says here by 1894 a special lamp or burner provided the means to displace Cressolene Vapor, a powewrful germicide.
If your bottle has an O within a square on the bottom it would be Owens Ill 1911 to 1929
Aqua 3 7/8"x 15/16"x 15/16" embosing occurs between vertical rows and dots.

Vapo-Creselene contained an opiate and from what I have researched was quite addictive. I guess that would explain why we dig so many. Slimdigger
