New Colored Scroll Flask - 7/20/2008 3:11:26 PM    JustGlass   Posts: 387 Joined: 7/22/2005 From: Green Mountains of Vermont Status: offline I just picked up a very nice amber scroll flask for a very low price. I did something I thought I would never do which is purchase a known reproduction bottle for my collection. This Clevenger Bros. bottle was so realistic to a older style scroll flask that I had to look at the base to tell the difference. Usually the lip is a tell tale sign but this one was done to look like original. Flask is a bit heavier than a original flask. Beautiful two tone amber color. I picked it up and put it down a couple of times and even walked away from it but when I left the antique shop it followed me home.
