This one fits into two categories.  It is a hutch soda with medical embossing.  This one is not super rare, but it is the nicest one I have ever seen.  It has no damage what so ever.  I think it was used once then put up somewhere for the long hail.  Not even a speck of high point wear.  It is very crude as far as hutches go, and has some olive green glass, and nice bubbles.  The color is nice also.  It is embossed  "Wootan Wells Mineral Water Bottled at Wootan Wells, TEX.  By Wootan Wells Co. A Blood Purifier, Tonic, Diuretic, Laxative And Appetizer".  Now that is a lot of embossing!

I have wanted one of these for a while, and a good friend traded me this one.  Thanks for looking!

Brad

That's a great hutch, Brad. It's a very uncommon choice of bottle style for a product sold as a medicinal water.  ~Jim

Thanks for the comment.  It is one of the few hutches with medical embossing I have ever seen.  One of my favorite crossover bottles like this is the Coxe & Mcpherson New Orleans bottle.  It looks like a super crude colored pontil soda, but was an early cough med.  I think they are open pontil as well.

Great bottle(s) texasdigger! The hutch is cool,...The Coxe is unbelievably cool! What a rotten ending to that awesome dig story...It gets me thinking of the people I know that are like that guy (thankfully few) ...But my digging buds will relate when I say "appropriate name".... Thanks for posting both.
