It is not a typical form for an antique bottle. My first impression is a modern decorative bottle. Its always hard to get a complete picture from photos though.

I'm with you, Matt.
Something just doesn't seem right about that bottle.
Too new looking.

As I said the shape is not typical.  The lip curvature is similar to later reproduction bottles. I see some mold lines on the neck near the lip that seem to indicate the lip was machine made in a multipart mold. The lip is very crude looking. A tooled lip would be more symetrical and I dont see evidence of the lip being separately applied. It appears to have been molded to look crude.
I could be totally wrong, its just my opinion. Without holding a bottle in my hands its hard to say anything for sure.

My first guess is the yellow one is repro.

What is the small dark teal one? Put up a good pic of it?

No, your photos are very good.
There is stuff you cant tell from photos like the weight and texture of the glass.
Repro bottles tend to have thicker heavier glass than early hand blown bottles.
If you feel inside the neck of the bottle a tooled bottle will feel totally smooth inside the neck (because the lipping tool extended down into the neck), on an applied lip you will feel a seam where the lip glass and the neck glass were stuck together, on later repro bottles you often feel a ridge inside right near the top of the lip that was a mold artifact.

I use the term repro loosely... I would more precisely call it a "decorative glass bottle" ... if it turns out to be recent.  My expertise is with embossed medicines. There are others here that are better with unembossed early glass and I will defer to them.

Ok matt, It does feel like heavy glass and when I put my pinky inside the mouth I can feel a smooth ridge. So this is not worth anything then? I paid $14.00 for it, but thats what NEWBIES do hugh?

Thanks for your help
