OF CRATES & STOVE PLATES... - 7/23/2005 11:15:01 PM    whiskeyman Posts: 2019 Joined: 4/17/2005 From: NE TENN-SW VA Status: offline BRIAN S. & I were talking about crates on one thread...and CARETAKER was talking about metal in the dump in another thread so I decided to combine my responses to same... The following two pics are of a crate and just one side of a crate I bought today... 1st is a whole crate...has LSC in a Trade Mark, so I believe it's from Larkin Soap CO... Above crate is stencilled the same on two sides. On one end it has: Huntsman Bros... Bristol,Va-Tenn. On the bottom it has: Ward & Hagaman..Neva, Tenn. I never heard of Neva Tenn...
