American Glass Volume 1 Blown and Molded by Marvin D. Schwartz and Volume 2 Pressed And Cut by Robert E. Di Bartolomeo. If you are seeking Ohio's and Kentucky's glass making beginnings this is a great book to have in your arsenal.  In fact this book is a great reference for a lot of the older glass works in the Mid Atlantic and New England areas with extensive coverage in your interest to the early glass sites including sections titled Early Nineteenth Century Glassmaking in Ohio, The story of the Mantua Glass works, the Kentucky glass works and another titled Early Kentucky glass.  Here is a link to one for sale on eBay for 20.00 You cant go wrong for that price. I have read this book at least 5 times it is a wealth of information and one of the must haves for the serious collector.

You can go to Ohiobottleclub.org to order the Ohio bottle book. They have one on milks too.
If you're interested in a book on Mantua, Kent, and Ravenna glass, I wrote one.
