I recently picked this small bottle up to add to my collection. It is embossed Dr. W Evans Teething Syrup. I beleive this bottle is quite old because it has a thin lip and open pontil base. Does anyone know what state Dr. Evans bottles originated?

Teething syrup?  Must have contained alcohol or Coca leaf.
