I recently came across an old bottle collection from a friend and I've been asked to find some sort of value to the bottles within the collection. I was hoping someone could give me some background and a possible value to this bottle. On the bottle it reads: EDWARD J. QUINN 604 PENNA. AVE OPP. PENNA. R.R. DEPOT WASHINGTON, D.C. It's an old beer bottle. It says "Continental Brewg Co" across the top and "Philadephia" on the bottom. Then it has a picture of a continental soldier on it with a house to his right and a wagonwheel to his left. I've included a picture. The research I've done suggests the Continental Brewing Co. was a pre-prohibition brewer that closed done during prohibition and never reopened. Attachment (1) (in reply to cockybrock) Post #: 3
