my hubby and I have 30 thousand acres of swamp and timberland to roam and when the river floods we are greeted by new finds. Which we bring home and so forth.... or the wild hogs will root up places and leave things behind. It was just laying there in the woods...probably by an old homestead that isn't there anymore.

Yeah, go back where you found that one and look for more! Large mix of ages there. Definitely worth looking around there for more, similar bottles!

The Prickley Ash is a decent bottle if it weren't damaged, the others not so much. They are worth setting around if you like them and have the space. They are basically unsaleable to a collector but since you have the potential to find others and 30,000 acres (really?) to store them I say start collecting.

Wild Hogs? Ferral Pigs? You allow hunting or are these pets? Lady, you are making me drool. Would luv nothing more than roaming thru that place on a four wheeler or swamp buggy or air boat looking for "stuff". WOW ! ! ! !

we don't own it we just have free run. The feral hogs are hunted but not by us and the deer. Their time is leased for 15 hunts during the deer hunting months and even then we are allowed. My hubby worked for them for over 30 years and they like him. We have walked thru most of it at one time or another and now we just go and reminisce of the good ole days when we could walk for miles. Now we don't even carry a gun just a backpack. Airboat would be useless and the 4 wheeler can't go where we go sometimes. We just walk.......a lot slower now than before.
The feral pigs we just enjoy because we have raised them for 8 or 9 years now. I love watching them and people could learn so much from them. We have 3 a boar about 500 pounds and 2 sows and they are all 8 years old. We raised from babies and raised all our meat and sold the ones we couldn't use off these 3. We haven't done that for 2 years now and we just keep the 3. It only takes a couple handfuls of corn (swelled) and a bat of hay to keep them so they don't cost much.
they make good pets. Oh I forgot...we are allowed to keep whatever we find. We found a jon boat one time after a flood and hubby brought it home and I fixed it up and we still use it. Sorry about the babbling. Lol
