Is this bottle more valuable since it from a foreign location.  A friend of mine has one, and it looks just like my Barnesville bottle with PARAISO C.Z. (Canal Zone)

My two cents are.
The value of all bottles are determined by three things.
             1. How rare it is.
              2. Condition.
               3. How bad some one want's it.
So foreign or domestic that's my opinion.

There's an article in the latest Bottles and Extras from Cecil Munsey about Canal Zone bottles, which also gives history of the Zone, what it was, when it was, etc.  I can send it as a PDF to anyone interested.  Email me.

CZ (Canal Zone) was a term used by the military back then. The Army Corp of Engineers was incharge of digging the canal so I would consider any bottle marked with CZ an American as it would have been for use by the engineers there..

The link to the article is:

http://www.fohbc.com/PDF_Files/PanamaCanal_CMunsey.pdf

It's from an old newpaper article and is quite informative about the bottles found in the C.Z.  years ago.   It seems, from the article, that there were a wide variety of bottles - as well as the collectors to dig them.  Enjoy!
