Please HELP about paypal - 5/12/2010 11:50:49 AM    Sir.Bottles   Posts: 217 Joined: 2/23/2009 Status: offline I want to buy an old coin online, but suddenly the seller sent me an paypal invoice that describe as "service" in case if anything unpleasant happened at this rate can I file as transaction problem? If someone requests money sent as a "gift" through paypal, the sender pays all the associated fees for sending the payment. Best regards.
