(lots of jar lids in the area)... The bottle is clear glass (abm), on the front is FIVE - O America' s Favorite Beverage FIVE - O DIST CO CHICAGO There are designs on the bottle with a large X across the back. The bottom is marked with a large O with the number 5 in it. On the the outer bottom edge is DES. PAT. 84888. Below on the bottom edge is, 9 (oval with a diamond shape through it) 4. 1.
