Hi Jimmy sorry for the late response but Ill give it a go on the Moses Poland water Bottle.
Your green bottle was given to honymooners on their stay at the large resort hotel in 1931 by Hiram Ricker and Sons. The following is how the honymooners received their bottles.Written on a small gift card was the following:

Please accept this Moses bottle as a honeymoon gift with our compliments.
It may be used, if you wish, as a base for a lamp.
Poland water was first sold in rum jugs in 1959 but in 1876 the Moses bottle was introduced.
Moses was used as the design because of the signifcance of the biblical storyof his smitting the rock
with a rod and water coming forth.
We hope you will have a happy time at Poland Spring and will return often.

                         POLAND SPRING MAINE
Your bottle according to a book I recently purchased from the largest collector in the world of these bottles is worth about 50.00s
I own two of these both originals they were first made in 1876 in Salem New Jersey at the Salem Glass works.these are starting to become rare and are estimated at between150.00 and 400.00sThe original bottles were not produced for very  long because of a huge fire that destroyed the Salem Glass works in 1878.

Colbalt bottle is just COOL! Looks like a hair tonic, colone[bad spelling I think] maybe.Wish a label was on it and had the top! Doesn't look real old. Good luck. Is it a monkey holding a tamborine? I LOVE IT!
