Question concerning privies. - 4/25/2007 7:51:04 AM    adshepard   Posts: 215 Joined: 8/11/2004 Status: offline I just learned that one of our secretaries owns a home built in 1880. She showed us a photo taken back then but it only shows the front of the house. Given that age is it fairly certain that it had a privy at one time?  I suppose it's probably just a good idea to probe for one just on the chance it did.
