Hi all! While trying to find some info on a bottle I have had for quite awhile, I came across this link to a court record in NY, that bears a striking similarity.

http://www.jurisearch.com/newroot/caselink.asp?citationno=179+U.+S.+19&series=USSC

Anyways, the bottle I have is Olive Green and is imprinted on the bottom in a circle Saxlehners Bitterquelle and then in the center is marked Hunyadi Janos. Unfortunately I do not have a picture yet, but I was wondering if any of you might have some info. Any help will be greatly appreciated and once I get a chance I will update this with a photo. Thanks!

Just as an update, while trying to dig up info, I think I found a advertising picture for this bottle. Maybe, maybe not, who knows!

It is a Hungarian bottle. A medicated water product of some sort. They are pretty common. From late 1800s to early 1900s.

Thanks Gunther! I figured it was probably common. Must have been popular, to go all the way to court fighting over rights! lol

A lot of people put this in the bitter category. It's a mineral water with added goodies I think. Your trade card is awesome, never saw any advertising on this piece. ~COOL~
I reposted it so you don't have to download it
