This probably applies more to overseas sellers but all can be vigilant and aware

Anybody who sells on ebay should beware of these two ..
These sellers should be put on your blocked bidders lists immediatley.. cajun-cockney & kingofdeals
cajun cockney scammed a fair bit of money from UK forum members "diggersgrim" recently...
They order multiple items and request seamail shipping and pay through paypal...
After 2 weeks they report to paypal " Non delivery of goods " paypal will then refund them all their money and you dont get a chance to argue as seamail is not recognized by paypal as a valid shipping method..
So beware if anybody you dont know starts bidding on multiple lots,,
