All this was right under a clay cap applied & blob sodas master ink & a brown glaze mug pot,we are no where near the use layer tomorrow is another day.

It was the original pit for the yard,(1854)but the bottom was dipped! we got four more sodas 2 green applied tops a blob.and a 8 sided cobalt mineral water,a total of 10 sodas.
The stuff was getting older,we also found 3 broken historical flasks, a dark teal summer tree OP, a Washington Washington OP, and a Citron clasped hands,smooth base.Paul is going to KrAzY glue them back,we have enough pieces.

The total take was: ten sodas, 60s & 70s one Carters Master Ink,a brown glazed mug pot,and a few meds, I was hoping that it made it to the 50s but it was still a blast! As you can see by all the rocks we took out we thought it was going to the 50s haha!  Rick

Rick,

 Here is a picture of one,my son and I dug earlier this summer.They are not rare at all,but a great looking bottle to say the least.One of the pits we dug yesturday had about 8 broken Saratogas in it,what a bummer.You keep on digging in the same area,you are bound to find one of those green summer trees.
