I have an Armour & Co. cold creme jar that I've been trying to open, but the stopper won't budge. I was trying to find out whether the stopper just sets in or screws in, hoping that it would help if I knew exactly how it comes out, but I haven't been able to find any information on it. I've tried soaking it in soapy water, thinking it was gunked up as it had been in the ground, but that didn't work. WD40 didn't work either. I saw something about soaking it in warm coca cola but wasnt sure if that would work either. If anyone has any tips or info on the jar it would be much appreciated. Thank you.

it just sets in there. ive had good luck with some warm water around the lip, not hot, pull on it a little bit while you are warming it up. If it does not budge dont force it, just leave it in there and clean the outside.

Thanks. I've been really paranoid about forcing it at all, I really love this jar. When my mom moved she almost got rid of it, but I snagged it from our goodwill pile! I would love to have it open, but if not it's still a great little jar. Thanks for the advise, if I get it open I'll definitely post pictures. After I clean it out that is; I'm pretty sure there's going to be some nasty something caked up inside.
