For a WARNERS SAFE LIVER AND KIDNEY CURE which is kind of a oblong bottle. what stopple is best to use, the 4 prong stopple could work but it only holds it on the sides.
What do you think?

The four prong/finger stopple should work well for this bottle as it will provide better support that a three finger unit. The three finger unit might allow the bottle to wiggle or wobble as it rotates due to just one finger on one side.  Also turn this bottle slowly, as the flask like shape permits the cleaning material to really move around.  If you turn it fast, might end up with peices.
