So I spent a few hours digging Friday and Saturday afternoons.  I had a specific spot in my site in mind where I knew that there was most likely some good stuff deeper down.  I think there is still more too.  I will post more pics soon of individual pieces and others that still need a cleaning.  As I was digging and hitting what I thought was the bottom (real hard light brown packed dirt), all of the sudden.  some of that brown dirt suddenly caved in only to reveal an older layer under it.  My heart stearted pounding with the possibilities.  Overall got some great stuff.  Had a couple of real cryers including another dark hostetters, and some white/green swirled glasses that were broken.  Got a lot of awesome stuff overall including one more pontil piece.  I'm still convinced theres a layer of them at the very base as I've been finding these all along one side wall.   Anyway, just a few pics I couldnt resist posting right away.  ENJOY!!

My first bright yellow piece!!  A large strapside flask!  Also dug this old crude star in circle embossed amber flask.  Both incredibly beautiful.  When I dug the large one, I thought to myself... great another bottle with a lot of tar in it as the color made it look like it had residue.  And then I held it up to the late afternoon sun shining right at me and the color of the glass made my heart stop.  Unbelievable to dig this color finally.

Lastly... for now... a small collection of the colorful pieces I dug this past weekend.  the JSP (although a common bottle) is an older seed bubbly version in rich emerald green.  Isn't this one of the harder to find earlier ones?  anyone know?  Anyway, this summer continues to be one giant dig of a lifetime!!!  night night for now.

Great haul! thanks for the pics. Is that JSP really olive green like it shows in my photo? If so, that's a heck of a bottle!

Hey Bram,

It's more of an emerald with a bit of olive (black glass) tones.  Not quite sure how to describe it, but it is loaded with bubbles too.

Man KB, you are in it dude. Love the flask, the coner and the squat blob. Hutches are always nice. Especially locals. The bottle gods have been treating you well. Let's hope that they aren't done shining down on this dump yet. Keep on digging man. Swiz

That`s a great dump you`ve got there! I`m jealous that I don`t have a spot like that to dig in. Those are some nice colors you`re finding, who knows what else is waiting for you! I have a collection of JSP bottles, and I have that color in the newer style, but I`ve never seen it in the older crude one, it`s quite a find!

Thanks Bill! Any idea on putting a value on this particular JSP? I'm not too well-versed on them... You should post yours sometime to show the variations in color and style. Maybe we can do a "show us your JSPs" thread something. I searched some of the old threads on here but haven't found too too much.
