I purchased this one at the Grand Rapids show. The jar is free of any after the making damage. RB#1938 A clear quart with a lettered cross.

one more. The blob on the right can only be felt on the inside. The one on the ;eft is a twist in the glass that can be felt on both sides.

i thought that little ball mason that i have is crude with the worm trails and bubbles...but this one takes the cake,,geezz but beauty is in the eye of the beholder

Looks like it's been in orbit around Jupiter for a few million years.. I love it! That's what collecting old glass is all about, if you ask me.. loaded with personality, that jar is!!

What's still flippin me out about this post is how the pics appear to be black & white, yet in reality its color.. in the 2 "eyes" in this pic there's a hint of color..

The show was good for me. I sold almost nothing, others had much better luck, but I was able to make several good buys. There was a good crowd until the last hour or so..

My wife mentioned a face looking out of the jar. Until your comment about eyes, I did not give much attention to the idea since she is almoxt as crazy as me. I took another picture, however, that does kind of show a face. Maybe it is old John Mason.
