Here I was a dozing on the couch this morning when there came a knocking on my door. Who the hell is it this time of the morning even though it was past eight. Next thing I heard is "Hall check this out uh ya know what this stuff is?" Well there where parts of single trees and haynes of different sizes. Then Ol James pulls this out of the box and ask about it. Well that got my attention real quick "Why my friend those are hubcaps, old hubcaps, real old hubcaps." Well I knew the first was a Dodge Brothers of an unknown year. And the second got me so I had do look around a little. And this is what I found. The EMF Thirty was made from 1909 to 1912 and was probably the one of the worst cars if not the worst car ever made. EMF is for the makers Everitt-Metzger and Flanders. It was said that EMF stood for Every Mechanics Friend or Every Morning Fix. So after a good soaking and a dental tool they look like this.

Very cool. Gotta love old car stuff. If that Flanders hub cao was attached to the car you would have a real prize.

I love the old Dodge Brothers one, the other one is ok. Of course I have a warm spot on my heart for Dodges.
