They obviously know of or heard of Jenny Lind flasks and are looking for a bargain. There's more than enough info on the web to figure out what's original and what's not. If you can't invest 10 minutes researching what you're buying then you get what you get. The person bidding has plenty of transactions and from what i can tell he /she looks like a bottle collector. The listing while vague states nothing to misrepresent the bottle.
