My son gave me this pontiled ink he dug a while back. The outside was really sick but you could make out this string of glass inside. Finally decided to get the outside tumbled hoping the inner surfaces were in better shape. Turned out great. Interesting glass tornado inside.

Beautiful! I like those strange and wonderful strings of glass that occasionally occur during the blowing process. It's even more amazing that they have remained intact through all the subsequent years. Don't lrt that one get away, YOP.

Hey Cliff, You come up with some of the most interestingly weird bottles I have ever seen. Keep up the good work.

Quite a unique bottle you have there. I have a common aqua bitters bottle and I forget the name but it has a string of glass on the inside that starts at one point and comes out like a “U” and then reattaches. There is actually a hollow air gap between where it starts and stops. Hard to explain right now. Tomorrow I will get a picture if it and the name for you all to see. It’s pretty amazing and I have no idea how it occurred.

I love it, it's so much better than my string of glass in one I dug ohh so many years ago. As a kid doing the cleaning I had to keep it. I was even more surprised it didn't break since I didn't notice it until after. That was the old shake the sand method. Even though it's a plain Guaranteed I had to keep it

Here is a pic looking inside the bottle. Its an aqua Herb Bitters from Camden, NJ. The picture of the bottle itself is a few posts up.
