Gee, Roger, I'm not sure this is what I had in mind when I sugested this topic! The first 2 out of 3 deal with human remains! Where are you guys digging over there ' across the pond' The only 'body parts' I have found have been torsos missing limbs, heads missing torsos, and limbs missing bodies....oh, they're all bisque and ceramic. Although I did find a dear skull with antlers intact next to a dig.

Goodmorning!
One of my biggest fears is digging up remains of a human. I guess in the goldfeilds they wouldn't worry about burial areas too much just dig a hole and put them in it. I was at Tibboburra last year and dug a three foot hole to find a bottom of a bucket. My colleges kindly told me that often they would bury a person with their belongings. Of coarse I believed them, this made me really nervous. I was hesitant to continuing digging but I wanted the bucket. As soon as I got it I was out of there. I was the laughing subject at the campfire that night as the joke was on me.
Regards
Kim
