I just took delivery of this one. Makes the half gallon Hemingray look small.

Nice jar!!....But that Hemingray is a real eye catcher,,,,,,very nice jar!

Any idea to who made the larger jar? Circa?

This general form was made for quite a long time. I would guess that it is from the 1830 +/-30 years era. There is probably no way to tell which glass house made it. If anyone can provide info, I welcome it. There is genuine base wear on the piece but it did not show up well in the photo.

She's a beaut!I like the old utility jars too.That has a nice kick up.Most of mine are BIM's with polished pontils.
