It's a back counter syrup bottle from a soda shop. Value is around $500 with the top, a measuring cup, but the price wont go down to much without it. So , I'd say Warren is pretty close on value . I sold a Coca Cola Seltzer bottle for 735.00 on ebay many moons ago.
