What is the best bottle with these types of stains? Like the whiskey on left.

The only real way to clean that out is a tumbler. There are tricks to make it look better though. You can oil the inside with wd- 40 or some type of cooking oil then swirl it around so the whole inside is coated and thern turn it upside down a paper towel so the excess can drain. It makes the bottle look a whole lot better and will just wash out whenever you are ready. It is not permanent, but it will last awhile. Hope this helps out.
