Quart aqua canning jar, great shape with the lid. Embossed "HILTONS/ PAT MAR 10/ 1868 One of the rare ones I guess. Closure had rusted away but still a great find. Took this picture right after he washed it up. Anyone got a current value for this one. He plans to keep it in his permanent collection. Attachment (1) Post #: 1

On a bank behind an old cellar hole not even 250 ft from a tar road. Found several early beers,blob top sodas and a complete glazed brown spittoon as well.
