Some of those go up into machine made era,...can't tell for sure but yours might have a tooled lip,...perhaps 1890's to 1900ish.

It came out of a TOC hole. I did not know that numbers were used at that time. What is the company?

Let me clarify, I did not realize that the use of numbers on that bottom of the bottles were used that early. And yes it is a tooled lip.

Well,...It could be up into the 1910's-teens,...but maybe Wyeth?, I'm really not a poison expert. Just an educated guess.

It's a KV-1  and that is correct,  Eli Lilly is the maker.  Still in business today.  It was designed and patented in 1906.  So I don't repeat a lot of info, you can read a bit about this bottler here:
