I found a Healy & Bigelow's Indian Sagwa yesterday that has a more detailed face than the others I've seen and I was wondering if my guess is correct that this is the older variant of the two shown here (it's the one that's still dirty). Also, my recollection is that these are common bottles worth about 10 bucks; is this true of all the variants?

You're correct, the older version is on the left. the lip styles are a fair indication of age. They a pretty common and if I where to sell them I'd sell them as a pair, starting at $40. They's more than likely go a bit higher.

I have dug the newer style once but never seen the one on the left before. Big difference in the embossing. Nice

Thanks Lobey for the info. I wish I could bring myself to sell stuff, but I really see my collection as a reference work, and selling off pieces would seem like tearing out pages from a book, you know? I usually only sell stuff if it's an exact match for what I already have. Whenever I go against that I regret it...

Hey I'd pay $10 for one any day.
There most likely isnt much difference in age between the two but i like the left one more. It has a nicer mold.

Hi Warren,

Yeah, my nutcase neighbor decided he wanted to do some diving after ten years or so and pestered me into joining the debacle. He's quite a character, as you can probably tell from the picture below

We went to a dump that I hadn't been back to in years having figured it was tapped out, but lo and behold it had coughed up another keeper!

That poor Buick had three 200 lb. dudes and about 800 more pounds of dive gear and other crap in it, it was hilarious. I was 99% sure we were gonna end up by the side of the road at a car fire rather than diving, but I was wrong
