I dug up this neat white vase last week, it was in a few pieces but cleaning and a glue job got it back good as new. It has rounded spikes throughout the exterior of it, and there are no markings on the base. Does this look familiar, i.e. dates, origin, price, common to being dug? It came from a 1920 site, and since vases are used for awhile i assume it is a bit older than the site itself.

Hi Brian, when I hear Hobnail the first thing I think of is "Fenton". Anyway they started in 1907 and beleive still making glass today. They used stickers up to about 1970 when they went to embossing "Fenton". I would quess if it is Fenton , be worth $35.00 to $75.00. Look for embosing bottom inside and outside. Another maker of a lot of milk glass is Westmoreland Glass 1890 to 1985. Same location for mark. Looks like their most production of milk glass was from 1940 to 1950's. Several marks, but should be in form of a "W".
