Summer yard sale season is quickly slipping away like the red leaves of the black gum trees.  It went out with a bang for me Saturday morning as among many other things I got all the bottles you see here plus four three in one oil bottles that I used for church for a grand total of $37.  It's way past bed time and its been a hell of a week and weekend so I'm just going to tease here, add some pics of some of the other stuff, and explain what I got tomorrow.

Modern, but at 50 cents each I couldn't leave em so I bought them for resale out of my bottle cart.  I'm keeping the red glass liberty bell.

Love old tools too, the wrenches were a quarter apiece and the tiny pipe wrench was two dollars.

For you insulator guys, $1 each.  That's it for now, more to come later.

Well it looks like you had good bottle collecting.  I am most interested in the Eagle bottles, because I have two of them. (one is U.S and the other is Tiawan.  The two side beside are the same, except when they use one for the model and then duplicate it - shrinkage of the size amount to almost a quarter of an inch - vertically.   The bottoms of the others would be interesting to evaluate the embossing.  The Napolian bottle could be a Centennial bottle made by Chattanooga Glass. Co.   An interesting figural group.  RED Matthews

Thanks for noticing Clarence, mine look close in size but the blue one with nothing on the bottom may be slightly larger.  The green one has MADE IN TAIWAN on the bottom and   what looks like Ioo.

Just for the record Steve (sewell bottle man) I get even less replies to my posts than you do. Granted, most of them are not worthy of replies, I don't mind, I'm used to it. Its all good/ happy bottles!

R. W. WIREBACK PROPR LANCASTER, PA.

Lots of writing on the front of this internal and external liniment.  Maybe too much - lettering is faint.

This is a placeholder bottle. $2 = huge crack but I love the graduations on the bottle, this is what the patent is all about. 1/2 oz = 1 tablespoon
