Raspberry schnapps.. made differently from other distilled fruit brandies because of the low sugar content in rasps.. can't put my finger on the date of this one.. mid 20th century somewhere..

..I also look through the coins.. I'm a total sucker for old European ones, and it's a blessing to my aging eyes to be able to appreciate their details with some quick & easy macro-photography.

Nice Charlie! Your eyes must not be too bad to be able to find those.

I've been trying to buy a liquer from Germany for years because the bottle has my family name on it but I can't seem to find an importer to get it, drives me nuts...That is a cool bottle for sure...

I was in Munich from 1985 - 1988, graduated at the Munich American H.S. on base there in Perlacher. Caught the bottle bug in 1989 after moving back to Texas. The metal detecting sure was good over there. I really do miss that place.

Wie geht's? I was a 12th grade exchange student 1986-87 in Lahnstein, near Koblenz.. I could've lived like that forever if I had a choice..
