A friend of mine was cleaning out his barn and he ran across 8 bottles of JNO WYETH & BRO
              PHILADELPHIA
              LIQ EXT MALT

I've dug many of these, but never have I seen one with the full label.
Now I have 7, I gave a fellow bottle collector one.
Here's a couple of picture of the bottle in mention.

Another photo.
Notice the wire for holding the cork in place.
The label on the top says:" To retain the gas in the Malt, keep the bottle on its side; so that the cork will remain moist."
