Hey Dana,
I searched Wyckoff in the forum search (at the top) and I found out that this is a blue-ing bottle that is not that rare.

Looks like a bluing bottle or maybe a dye. Can't find any other info but someone probably will.

The other variations I've seen have an embossed star, say bluing instead of blue and don't have the company info embossed on them.
